Who we are
Remii Technologies, Inc. (“Remii”) is a Delaware corporation headquartered at 1 Broadway, 14th Floor, Cambridge, MA 02142. This policy describes how we handle data on our public marketing site at www.remii.co. Use of the Remii product is governed by the platform's separate data processing terms; a Data Processing Addendum is available on request.
What we collect on this site
On the marketing site we collect a minimal set of information: cookieless page-view and funnel-event analytics (no persistent identifiers), and any information you submit via the hero call-form or the contact form. Submitted information is forwarded immediately to the Remii product runtime or to our customer relationship management system; the marketing site does not persist it locally.
Analytics and marketing tags in use
The full enumeration of analytics and marketing tags loaded on the site is below. We update this list in the same change that adds or removes a tag; an automated diff in our build pipeline catches drift.

Cookies
By default we do not set cookies for analytics. A first-party CSRF cookie protects our lead-capture forms; it is httpOnly: false, SameSite=strict, and rotates every 8 hours. In jurisdictions that require it (EU/UK/CA/CCPA, BR), a cookie consent banner appears on first visit; choosing “Reject all” is visually and structurally equivalent to “Accept all.” See our Cookie Policy.
Sharing
We share submitted information with the destinations indicated at the point of collection: the Remii product runtime for hero call-form submissions, our CRM provider for contact-form submissions, our applicant tracking system for careers applications. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, LGPD), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of analytics tags that require consent. Requests go to privacy@remii.co.
