Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited use
You must not use Remii to:
- Send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent communications.
- Place calls or send messages without the recipient's consent where consent is required by law (TCPA, CCPA, GDPR, CASL, applicable do-not-call rules).
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Disseminate malware, conduct phishing, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Operate a robocall scheme or any high-volume scam.
- Bypass the platform's rate limits, abuse-mitigation, or guardrails.
Telephony abuse
Carriers and Remii actively monitor for spam-like behavior. Repeated spam complaints will result in immediate suspension and may result in account termination.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a Remii customer is violating this policy, please email abuse@remii.co. We respond within one business day.
